West Virginia real estate broker Patricia "Trish" Sanderson has been with Crestar Realty, LLC, since 2005. In her free time, Patricia Sanderson volunteers with the Charles Town Horsemen's Assistance Fund (CTHAF).
Based in Charles Town, West Virginia, the CTHAF is a nonprofit that helps backstretch personnel when they are having financial difficulties.
Some of the many events that the CTHAF does for the backstretch workers include sponsoring an annual eye glass clinic to make sure that the backstretch workers have access to glasses, helping with dental care/dentures, helping with burial costs when a qualified applicant passes away, paying utility or rent for a qualified worker when they have experienced financial hardship, among may other ways.
This year, the CTHAF will also sponsor up to 4 $500 scholarships to help backstretch works and their children further their education. The CTHAF is committed to making the life of backstretch workers better!
